Job Description – Tech Lead (Polyglot
Full Stack & Intelligent Systems)
We are seeking a highly capable Tech
Lead with strong experience in full stack software development,
cloud -native platforms, industrial system digitization, and intelligent
software solutions. The ideal candidate will be a polyglot engineer with the
ability to work across multiple technologies, platforms, and system layers
spanning software, embedded integration, cloud, and AI -enabled systems.
This role is ideal for engineers passionate
about building scalable software platforms that bridge physical systems,
embedded devices, cloud infrastructure, and intelligent applications.
Role Overview
As a Tech Lead, you will lead the design,
development, and integration of intelligent software platforms connecting
embedded systems, industrial hardware, cloud infrastructure, and modern
applications.
You will work closely with
multidisciplinary teams across software, firmware, hardware, AI, and systems
engineering to build next -generation connected and intelligent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead
technical execution and software development activities across scalable
platforms
- Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices
- Provide technical guidance across full stack, cloud, embedded,
and integration domains
- Collaborate with cross -functional engineering teams and
stakeholders
Polyglot Software Development
- Develop and maintain applications across multiple programming
languages and technology stacks
- Design scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems
- Build modern frontend applications and real -time operational
dashboards
- Work across cloud, edge, and embedded -integrated software
platforms
Full Stack & Cloud Platforms
- Design and develop scalable full stack applications and
distributed systems
- Build backend services, APIs, telemetry systems, and operator
interfaces
- Design cloud -native and edge -integrated architectures
- Support edge -to -cloud communication and synchronisation
workflows
Industrial System Digitization
- Convert physical and industrial systems into software -driven
intelligent platforms
- Develop integrated solutions connecting hardware systems with
cloud and software applications
- Work on industrial automation, telemetry, diagnostics, and
remote monitoring systems
Hardware -Software Integration
- Collaborate across software, firmware, and hardware engineering
teams
- Integrate embedded systems, sensors, communication modules, and
cloud platforms
- Support real -time data acquisition and control systems
Observability & Reliability
- Implement observability and monitoring frameworks using tools
such as:
- Prometheus
- Grafana
- OpenTelemetry
- Improve reliability, diagnostics, and operational visibility
CI/CD & DevOps
- Collaborate
with platform engineering teams to help maintain CI/CD pipelines and
automated deployment workflows
- Support automated testing and release engineering practices
- Contribute to scalable DevOps and infrastructure automation
AI & Intelligent Systems
- Mandatory experience using AI -powered coding assistance tools
as part of the software development workflow
- Exposure to developing AI -enabled solutions and integrating AI
models into software platforms
- Experience working on intelligent or autonomous AI systems is
preferred
- Exposure to AI solutions in naval, autonomous, industrial, or
edge environments is an added advantage
Security & Secure Systems
Engineering
- Work with
cross -functional teams to contribute to secure software architecture and
implementation for connected and intelligent systems
- Implement security best practices across cloud, edge, embedded,
and distributed platforms
- Drive secure communication and data protection mechanisms
across integrated systems
- Support secure deployment, authentication, authorization, and
access -control strategies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify, assess, and
mitigate cybersecurity risks
- Participate in secure software lifecycle and vulnerability
management activities
- Ensure reliability and security of telemetry, remote access,
and device management systems
- Support secure OTA (Over -the -Air) software and firmware update
mechanisms
- Contribute to security monitoring, observability, and incident
response readiness
