- Conduct train the trainer programme for master supervisors and trainers of partners Carry
out revalidation training for SMB & Strategic Large & Government accounts.
- Execute performance coaching and on field mentoring.
- Manage training on how to handle Enterprise Accounts.
- Articulate and draft actual field scenarios and shared with teams at head quarters.
- Support national head quarter teams in designing vernacular content .
- Plan and execute buddy ride with newly ESO & ESM's 8. Ensure handholding of ESO's &
ESM's for first 30 days.
- Monitor and audit buddy ride and certification for new hires
- Drive periodic audit of training infra readiness .
- Conduct periodic recertification of Line Managers.
