Position Overview


We are seeking a talented and experienced Software QA Engineer with deep expertise in at least two of the following.




- OCP SAI (Switch Abstraction Interface)

- SDK for any networking ASIC

- Layer 2 & layer 3 networking features

- Knowledge of networking ASIC pipelines

- Experience on test frameworks like PyTest, PTF etc. and ASIC API library testing is mandatory.



Key Responsibilities

- Test SDK & SAI features and API

- Develop test strategy and test plans for SDK & SAI features

- Collaborate closely with cross -functional teams including software engineers, and

- DevOps to ensure seamless integration and deployment

- Participate in reviews, design discussions, and documentation efforts




Requirements

Requirements



- Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science,



Electrical/Electronics engineering, or a related field

- Minimum 5 years of hands -on experience in network software QA

- Proficient in Python

- Experience with PTF (Packet Test Framework) and PyTest for validation

- Good grasp of networking features, concepts

- Some familiarity with network ASICs and switch hardware architecture

- Excellent problem -solving skills and ability to work in a quick -paced, collaborative
environment

- Can do, will do attitude, and a team player




Preferred Skills:

- Experience with SAI Challenger network testing framework.

- Solid understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking protocols (e.g., VLANs, STP, BGP, OSPF).

- Familiarity with GenAI development tools
