Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Podcast Video Editor to play a pivotal role in transforming raw podcast footage into polished, engaging video content. This position is critical to our content strategy, ensuring high -quality, visually compelling videos that enhance storytelling, drive audience engagement, and align with brand objectives. The ideal candidate will manage the full production lifecycle—from editing and synchronization to graphics integration and final delivery—while collaborating across creative, content, and marketing teams. With a strong command of editing tools and a passion for visual storytelling, you’ll help shape the visual identity of our podcasts and contribute innovative ideas to elevate our digital presence.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high -quality podcast episodes from raw footage to final delivery, ensuring consistency and professional standards.
- Manage end -to -end podcast production workflows, including audio -video synchronization, color correction, motion graphics integration, and final exports.
- Coordinate daily with the editing team to monitor progress, meet deadlines, and uphold quality benchmarks.
- Create dynamic trailer cuts and short -form content (e.g., Reels) optimized for social media from long -form podcast episodes.
- Apply motion graphics, visual effects,
and storytelling techniques to boost viewer engagement and content retention.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and marketing teams to align video output with campaign goals and brand messaging.
- Contribute original creative ideas to enhance content quality, narrative flow, and audience impact.
