JOB DESCRIPTION:

- The role will have a mix of project management & sales force effectiveness responsibilities – distribution between the two may evolve over 6-12 month period depending on business priorities

- PMO (Project Management):
- Drive & manage strategic projects in collaboration with commercial & support functions to ensure timely delivery of project objectives
- End-to-end project management for identified projects/ initiatives:
- Develop hypotheses and undertake necessary analyses for testing the same leveraging analytical techniques
- Conceptualize strategy and way forward in collaboration with commercial and support functions
- Drive alignment with relevant stakeholders
- Establish project management structure
- Finalize roadmap (What, Who, When)
- Ensure implementation through robust monitoring
- Ensure regular reviews with middle management and senior management to share progress update and seek feedback/ inputs
- Escalate and/or course-correct, as and when required, to ensure on-time delivery of key milestones

- SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness)




- Work closely with sales leadership across levels and collaborate with relevant support functions to ensure execution of SFE parameters and drive SFE initiatives for identified sales teams
- Key responsibilities include
- Drive field force reporting on key parameters
- Analytics on performance and SFE parameters to share insights with sales leadership for improving business performance
- Target setting and incentive design and analytics for sales teams
- Support specific initiatives (GTM, process improvement, etc.) for identified sales teams or at an overall level
