Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)


Preference: Immediate Joiners / Serving Notice Period




Key Responsibilities:


- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for large datasets

- Perform deep -dive analysis on customer behavior, campaigns, and marketing performance

- Translate business requirements into data -driven insights and recommendations

- Build impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI / Excel

- Work independently with minimal supervision and handle end -to -end analysis

- Collaborate with stakeholders and clearly communicate findings


Must -Have Skills:

- Strong expertise in SQL (advanced level)

- Proficiency in Python, Excel, and Power BI

- Hands -on experience in Customer & Marketing Analytics

- Prior Retail industry experience (mandatory)

- Experience in CRM & Loyalty domain

- Background in Campaign Analytics
