Provide ongoing support by troubleshooting and resolving functional issues related to SAP WM, adhering to IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices. Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to business users, providing training and guidance on SAP WM functionalities and best practices. Collaborate with technical teams (e.g., ABAP developers) to address development needs, implement enhancements, and ensure successful integration with external systems (e.g.,



TMS, RF scanning solutions, barcode systems, label printing solutions). Stay updated with the latest SAP WM advancements, including SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), and recommend relevant solutions. A Bacheloru0027s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is usually expected.
