Explore high performance strategies working with the CPU modeling team. nnnn * Microarchitecture development and specification. From early high-level architectural exploration, through micro architectural research and arriving at a detailed specification. nnnn * RTL ownership. Development, assessment and refinement of RTL design to target power, performance, area and timing goals. nnnn * Functional verification support. Help the design verification team execute on the functional verification strategy. nnnn * Performance verification support. Help verify that the RTL design meets the performance goals. nnnn * Design delivery. Write checkers, assertions and develop stimulus.nno Verify power intent through use of methodologies like UPF.nno Work closely with system architects, software teams and Soc team to validate system use cases.nno Work closely with emulation team to enable verification on emulators and FPGA platforms.nno Debug and triage failures in simulation, emulation and/or Silicon.nnBE/BTech degree in CS/EE with 3+ yearsu2019 experience.nno Experience in power management verification.nno Implementation of assembly and C language embedded firmware.nno Experience in C/C++, scripting languages, Verilog/system Verilog.nno Strong understanding of power management features in CPUs and CPU based Socs.nno Experience in verification of power management features such as clock gating, power gating, UPF, DVFS/DCVS, reliability,
