Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
Job Description:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure product quality and support the production process. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting products, maintaining quality standards, and identifying defects to improve manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards.
Perform quality checks during production processes.
Identify defects and report quality issues.
Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve product quality.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of quality control and inspection.
Understanding of engineering drawings and measurements.
Knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools, 5 Why, Root Cause Analysis).
Basic knowledge of instruments like vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.
Attention to detail and problem -solving skills.
Positive communication and teamwork.
