Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Leadership

- Serve as the primary liaison connecting Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams
- Promote a team-oriented environment that emphasizes transparency and accountability throughout the product lifecycle

Delivery & Prioritization

- Manage project schedules by balancing scope, quality, and delivery speed
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize tasks efficiently, especially when resources are limited

Proactive Problem Solving

- Detect and address bottlenecks within development processes
- Take initiative to remove obstacles for teams, whether related to dependencies, testing delays, or ambiguous requirements

Stakeholder Communication

- Act as the primary point of contact for project status updates
- Clearly convey progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to leadership and stakeholders

AI-Driven Optimization (AIDLC)

- Lead the implementation of AI-assisted development methodologies
- Investigate tools that automate reporting,



enhance sprint analysis, and increase team productivity

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

- 4–8 years of project management experience within software or technology fields
- Demonstrated success managing B2C web or mobile application projects
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and comparable platforms

Communication & Collaboration

- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2/N3/N4 or equivalent certification)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities across international teams

Ownership & Execution

- Experience in setting and monitoring KPIs and delivery metrics
- Ability to excel in dynamic environments and make effective decisions under pressure

Mindset

- A results-driven problem-solving approach with a “get-it-done” mentality
- Capability to influence without formal authority and navigate complex trade-offs skillfully
- Curiosity and willingness to embrace and integrate emerging AI tools and techniques
