Role and Responsibilities

- Manage with NetSuite ERP, Salesforce.com CRM, Zoho, or Force .com Development

- Guide and Drive the project team(s)

- Handle multiple projects

- Interact the clients as a Single Point of Contact

- Understand Client Requirements and Perform Business Analysis

- Identify the project Risks and Take Corrective Actions

- Manage the project Quality

- Meet Delivery timeline and effort estimates

- Develop and groom the team members.

Requirements

- The Ideal Candidate will be

- 4 or more years experience with at least 2 years project management in a small to midsize organization. Proven track record as a project leader

- Project management, training, and/or certification will be added advantage

- Must have handled NetSuite, Salesforce.com, Zoho, Force.com, Python, Java or PHP Projects as leader

- Positive Project Management Skills

- Expertise on project tools Like JIRA, Any any project management a tools is required

- Understanding of business processes and business analysis techniques

- Exposure to Cloud technologies is required

- Should be ready to work in for a few hours in the client time zone.

- Good Communication Skills
