We are looking for Odia Linguists with strong language, listening, and transcription skills to support audio transcription and language quality initiatives.
The role is suitable for candidates who are proficient in Odia, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with audio content while following transparent quality guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Transcribe Odia audio recordings accurately
• Review and proofread transcripts for quality and consistency
• Follow transcription guidelines and quality standards
• Capture accents, dialects, and speech variations correctly
• Maintain accuracy, formatting, and timely completion of work
Required Skills
• Native or fluent Odia proficiency
• Strong listening and comprehension skills
• Good grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• High attention to detail and quality
• Familiarity with transcription tools will be preferred
Preferred Qualifications
• Background in Linguistics, Languages, Translation, or related fields
• Experience in transcription, annotation, or language-related work
• Familiarity with speech, voice, or AI data workflows
• Basic English communication skills
• Multilingual proficiency will be an added advantage
