Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead the architectural design and implementation of enterprise-wide master data management solutions, aligning with Bosch's strategic business goals.

- Define and enforce master data governance frameworks, standards, and best practices across various business units and technical platforms.

- Drive the selection, evaluation, and integration of MDM platforms and associated data quality, data lineage, and metadata management tools.

- Provide expert technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, guiding them through complex master data integration and migration projects.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders across business and IT to translate complex business requirements into pragmatic and sustainable master data architectural solutions.





Qualifications

Educational qualification: B.E/B.Tech

Experience :

- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in architecting and implementing large-scale Master Data Management (MDM) solutions in complex enterprise environments.

- Deep expertise in various MDM domains (e.g., Product Master Data) and hands-on experience with leading MDM platforms (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA).

- Proven ability to define and implement data governance policies, data quality rules, and data stewardship processes.

- Exceptional understanding of enterprise architecture principles, data modeling, data integration patterns and cloud-native data architectures.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, combined with strong leadership and communication skills.

Mandatory/requires Skills :

Architecting and implementing large-scale Master Data Management (MDM) solutions in complex enterprise environments

Robust S/4 HANA Technical skill

AI tools and Skills with project implementation experience

Managing cost,quality,delivery project experience

Preferred Skills :

SAP S/4 HANA, AI skills and tools, Technical Project Management
