• Own and manage end -to -end marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to optimization and performance tracking.
• Design and execute automated marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing programs, drip campaigns, landing pages, and lead lifecycle management to effectively move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Develop and manage marketing workflows and automation processes to improve campaign efficiency and lead engagement.
• Ensure smooth lead management and handover to the sales team, maintaining alignment between marketing and sales functions.
• Create segmented target audiences to deliver personalized and relevant communication across campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates and marketing effectiveness.
• Own and manage multi -channel marketing campaigns including email campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns, and digital campaigns.
• Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including paid campaigns and lead generation programs.
• Drive marketing analytics and reporting, measuring campaign ROI, engagement, and lead performance.
• Continuously improve marketing processes, campaign workflows, and lead management practices to maximize results and efficiency.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing automation and campaign management.
• Strong experience in creating and managing email campaigns and marketing workflows.
• Experience in executing WhatsApp marketing campaigns and customer engagement campaigns.
• Hands -on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and digital lead generation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign performance tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to design and manage end -to -end marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and business teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign data and optimize performance
