Job Description
- Assist in identifying and sourcing prospective tenants for commercial properties.
- Support senior team members in leasing transactions and client coordination.
- Maintain property listings and databases of available commercial spaces.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with prospective clients.
- Prepare and share proposals, brochures, and leasing documents.
- Assist in lease negotiations under guidance from the senior team.
- Keep track of leasing pipeline and prepare regular reports.
- Liaise with landlords, property owners, and brokers for property listings and updates.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in target micro-markets.
- Support documentation, due diligence, and compliance processes.
