KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and prospect large corporates and staffing firms with significant blue/grey collar hiring needs

- Own the complete sales cycle: outreach → discovery → pitch → proposal → negotiation → closure

- Deliver compelling solution pitches tailored to each client's hiring challenges

- Onboard new clients smoothly in coordination with product and operations teams

- Sell and renew subscription packages; upsell and cross-sell based on account potential

- Build deep relationships with key stakeholders — HR leadership, procurement, and business heads

- Develop account plans for top accounts: map opportunities, flag risks, and drive revenue growth

- Monitor account health, usage, and hiring activity to proactively service clients

- Maximize revenue share from large accounts by becoming their primary hiring partner

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 3–6 years of B2B sales experience; enterprise or key account management strongly preferred

- Prior experience in HR-tech, job portals, SaaS, or staffing industry is a solid plus

- Strong executive presence — ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

- Self-driven with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

- Willingness to travel within assigned territory (NCR / Mumbai)
