Key Responsibilities
• Drive business growth by achieving assigned sales targets and expanding market
presence.
• Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers,
influencers, contractors, consultants, and other channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement effective market penetration
strategies.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and
customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales
initiatives and customer satisfaction.
• Analyse sales performance, prepare business reports, and recommend strategies for
continuous improvement.
• Lead channel development initiatives and ensure effective execution of sales plans
across the assigned territory.
• Represent the organization professionally while maintaining the highest standards of
customer engagement and stakeholder management.

Educational Qualification
• B. Tech/B.E. is mandatory.
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is mandatory and will be highly preferred.

Experience & Candidate Profile




• 5–8 years of proven experience in Field Sales and Channel Sales.
• Robust experience in handling distributors, dealers, influencers, contractors, and
channel partners.
• Demonstrated success in achieving aggressive sales targets and expanding business
within assigned territories.
• Extensive market knowledge with the ability to identify and capitalize on business
opportunities.
• Excellent understanding of sales strategy, channel management, and business
development.
