Job Description: As a Full Stack Tech Lead, you will establish and develop an engineering
team. You’ll take on both a leadership and hands -on role, ensuring technical
excellence, guiding team members, and delivering impactful solutions that drive
the energy transition. Over time, you will also get the chance to further
scale and expand the team as business needs evolve.
Experience : 6+ Yrs.
Technical Skill Set :
- Backend: Python, Django, Django REST
Framework, Celery, PostgreSQL, Redis
- Frontend: TypeScript, React
- Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD
- Testing: pytest, Robot Framework
- Other: Experience with
Microservices architectures, asynchronous processing, object storage(S3)
Description of Skill Set :
- Degree in Computer Science,
Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven track record as a
Tech Lead or Senior Full Stack Engineer with leadership responsibilities
- Strong experience in
backend development with Python and Django as well as modern frontend
technologies (React, TypeScript)
- Experience in leading
teams, including hiring, coaching, and mentoring engineers
- Hands -on experience with
system design, REST API development, and microservices
- Familiarity with CI/CD
pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern DevOps practices
- Strong communication skills
in English (German a plus)
- Enthusiasm for clean code,
automation, and sustainable engineering practices
- Passion for sustainability
and motivation to contribute to the energy transition
Job
Responsibilities:
1. Build and Lead a Team: Hire, onboard, and coach a high -performing
cross -functional team of backend, frontend,
and QA engineers.
2. 6–8 years of professional experience in software engineering,
including at least several years in senior or lead roles.
3. Drive Delivery: Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring milestones are met
with quality, scalability, and sustainability in mind.
4. Hands -on Guidance: Contribute actively to the codebase, lead by example in both
backend and frontend development, and support complex technical
challenges.
5. Set Technical Direction: Shape system architecture, define coding
standards, and guide the adoption of best practices across the team.
6. Foster Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering Managers and other engineering teams to
ensure alignment and smooth integration.
7. Ensure Quality: Oversee testing, code reviews, and QA practices to maintain
high -quality standards across all deliverables.
8. Scale for the Future: Lay the foundations for a sustainable, scalable external team that
can grow with the company’s evolving needs.
