Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, deployment, and optimization of scalable Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on technical expertise, solution architecture, and leadership capabilities to drive AI initiatives from concept to production.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in machine learning, MLOps, cloud-native AI platforms, and modern AI technologies including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and business-driven AI solutions while mentoring engineers and establishing best practices across the AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI and Machine Learning solutions, from problem definition to deployment and monitoring.

- Design, build, and deploy predictive models, recommendation engines, forecasting solutions, anomaly detection systems, classification models, and optimization algorithms.

- Translate business requirements into scalable AI and ML architectures and implementation roadmaps.

- Develop reusable frameworks and pipelines for data processing, feature engineering, model training, validation, testing, deployment,



and monitoring.

- Build production-grade AI solutions that are scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable.

- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

- Implement MLOps best practices including experiment tracking, model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining strategies.

- Drive AI governance, model explainability, responsible AI practices, testing standards, and documentation.

- Mentor AI/ML Engineers and Data Scientists while establishing development standards and reusable accelerators.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Advanced Analytics.

- Strong expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model evaluation, optimization, and performance tuning.

- Advanced proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, and LightGBM.

- Experience building and deploying end-to-end ML pipelines in production environments.

- Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI platforms and MLOps tools.

- Strong understanding of APIs, SQL, data pipelines, feature stores, model registries, and monitoring frameworks.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Strong knowledge of model governance, explainability, bias detection,



drift monitoring, and AI quality standards.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience leading enterprise-scale AI and ML transformation initiatives.

- Expertise in Forecasting, Recommender Systems, NLP, Computer Vision, Optimization, or Anomaly Detection solutions.

- Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI-powered applications.

- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, AI Studio, Vector Databases, AI Search platforms, and Responsible AI frameworks.

- Experience with distributed training, large-scale data processing, and enterprise AI platforms.

- Ability to influence AI strategy, architecture decisions, and technology roadmaps while remaining hands-on.
