About the Role


We are looking for an energetic and people -oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs while ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities


- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements

- Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams

- Manage the end -to -end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication

- Stay updated on hiring trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Positive understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices

- Ability to assess candidate profiles effectively

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

- Ability to work in a fast -paced environment and manage multiple openings

Preferred Skills (Optional)

- Experience in IT or Non -IT recruitment

- Familiarity with sourcing platforms like Naukri, Indeed, or LinkedIn Recruiter

- Knowledge of interview techniques and salary negotiation

- Internship or prior recruitment experience
