Strong focus on coding, API implementation, and CI/CD-driven delivery, with increasing ownership of components and active contribution to low-level design.
Key Responsibilities
Core Development (Primary Focus)
- Design and develop end-to-end integration components using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Data Factory, Service Bus, Event Grid).
- Build robust, scalable, and production-grade solutions, handling real-world complexity in enterprise integrations.
- Implement reusable frameworks, components, and integration patterns to accelerate delivery.
API Development & APIM Implementation
- Develop and manage APIs using Azure API Management (APIM), including:
- Advanced policy implementation (transformation, security, routing)
- Versioning and lifecycle support
- Ensure secure, performant, and well-governed API implementations.
Low-Level Design & Technical Ownership
- Actively create and own Low-Level Designs (LLDs) for assigned modules.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure design adherence to architecture standards and best practices.
Azure DevOps & CI/CD (Core Delivery Expectation)
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions.
- Drive automated build, deployment, and release processes across environments.
- Ensure consistent, reliable, and high-quality deployments in fast-paced delivery cycles.
Testing, Debugging & Production Support
- Perform comprehensive unit and integration testing of developed components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Dev, Test, and Production environments.
- Handle complex debugging scenarios across APIs, messaging,
and workflows.
Monitoring, Reliability & Performance
- Implement advanced logging, monitoring, and tracing using Azure Monitor / Application Insights.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
AI & Copilot-Enabled Development
- Actively leverage GitHub Copilot / M365 Copilot for:
- Accelerated code development and refactoring
- LLD documentation and API specifications
- Debugging and root cause analysis
- Apply AI-assisted development practices to improve productivity and delivery velocity.
Collaboration in Complex Delivery Environments
- Work closely with Senior Developers, Leads, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams on large-scale delivery programs.
- Participate actively in agile delivery cycles, owning committed work items end-to-end.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
