Requirements

- 8+ years of software development experience.

- Strong front-end development expertise using React (version 16 or above), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Next.js.

- Extensive experience in backend development using Java/J2EE, Spring Framework (Core, Boot, and Batch), REST APIs, and Microservices.

- Experience developing and integrating reusable UI components and widgets.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and GraphQL.

- Proven analytical and debugging skills using Splunk Queries, Azure KQL, Grafana, and Dynatrace.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and container technologies, including Azure, OpenShift, and AKS.

- Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including GitHub, GitHub Actions, Artifactory,



and Docker.

- Experience working with PostgreSQL databases.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Prior experience in the healthcare industry.

- Knowledge of Utilization Management, Prior Authorization, Care Management, or Clinical Management processes.

- Demonstrated proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools as part of daily development activities.

- Consistent use of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other approved Generative AI platforms.

- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve software development, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making processes.

- Commitment to continuous learning and adoption of evolving AI capabilities to enhance delivery quality and productivity.
