Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and exit processes efficiently
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management activities
- Handle statutory compliance requirements including PF, ESI, and PT
- Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Prepare offer letters, HR letters, and employee -related documents
- Update HRMS records and maintain employee databases
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Work Experience Requirements

Education
- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (typical)
- Preferred: MBA HR / PG Diploma in Human Resource Management (typical)
