Roles and Responsibilitites: -




Financial & Revenue Management


- Develop, monitor, and manage operating budgets to maximize profitability and meet financial targets.

- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to develop pricing strategies and drive room occupancy.

- Oversee purchasing, inventory control, and expense tracking




Guest Services & Reputation


- Welcome guests, ensure exceptional hospitality experiences, and monitor the hotel's online reputation.

- Handle escalated guest complaints and execute service recovery protocols.




Staff Leadership & Human Resources


- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, from department heads to hourly employees.





- Create work schedules, manage performance evaluations, and foster a productive, positive work culture.

Operations Management


- Supervise day -to -day operations across all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.

- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.

- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and event planners
