Job Title: Sales Executive


Location: Ghansoli / Mahape, Navi Mumbai


Shift: Day Shift


Weekly Off: Sunday + 2nd Saturday


Shift Time -9am to 9pm (Any 9hrs shift)






Responsibilities:


- Identify and engage potential customers for home loans, insurance, personal loans, and credit cards.

- Conduct consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain consistent performance.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

- Promote HDFC’s financial products through proactive outreach and follow -ups.

- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to enhance sales strategies and customer service.


Requirements:


- HSC with minimum 1 year of sales/telesales experience; fresh graduates also eligible.

- Graduate candidates with strong communication and sales skills.





- Hindi -speaking candidates are preferred.

- Age up to 32 years (based on experience).

- Ability to work in a fast -paced, target -driven environment.


Eligibility

- HSC with minimum 1 year of Sales/Telesales experience

- Graduate Freshers can apply

- Hindi -speaking candidates preferred

- Good communication and sales skills required

- Age up to 32 years (based on experience)


Salary (In -hand)

- 0–6 Months Experience: ₹14,000

- 7 Months–1 Year: ₹15,000

- 1–3 Years: Up to ₹17,000

- 4 Years: Up to ₹19,000

- 4+ Years: Up to ₹22,000 (based on experience & last drawn salary)
