- Plan and deliver interactive lessons aligned with the IB Diploma Programme Chemistry curriculum.

- Create an inquiry -based classroom environment that emphasizes conceptual understanding and real -life scientific connections.

- Guide students in designing and conducting laboratory experiments safely and effectively.

- Mentor students in completing their Internal Assessments (IAs) and support Extended Essay research in Chemistry.

- Evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments in accordance with IB assessment criteria.

- Maintain accurate records of student performance, grades, and laboratory documentation.

- Integrate technology, simulations, and data analysis tools into instruction to enhance scientific learning.

- Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum planning, moderation, and cross -disciplinary projects.





- Participate in ongoing IB career development workshops and school -wide training programs.

- Contribute to science exhibitions, academic events, and other initiatives that promote a culture of curiosity and innovation.
