Responsibilities:


- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism.

- Present menus, provide detailed information, and offer thoughtful recommendations upon request.

- Accurately take food and beverage orders, coordinate with the cashier to generate KOTs, and input order details into the POS system.

- Serve meals and drinks promptly and in a courteous manner.

- Regularly check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or feedback.




Requirements

Requirements:


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Friendly, respectful, and consistently positive demeanor.





- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high -pressure environment.

- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and change.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant service or customer -facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Openness to learning, following procedures, and adapting to energetic situations.
