Role Summary:

multiple roles within the Events domain across Bangalore and Hyderabad. These
positions offer excellent opportunities to work in a fast -paced, high -energy
environment involving planning, coordination, client servicing, and business
development. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, an
ownership mindset, and the ability to deliver high -quality event experiences.
Open Positions:
Event Coordinator (1–3 Years) – Hyderabad
CTC: ₹25K+ per month
• Vendor coordination, timeline management, and execution support
• On -ground event coordination and reporting
• Documentation and post -event closure
Event Manager (4–8 Years) – Hyderabad
CTC: ₹30K – ₹35K+ per month
• End -to -end event planning and delivery
• Client servicing, budgeting, and vendor management
• Team supervision and ensuring quality execution
Requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder
management skills
• Ownership mindset with focus on execution excellence
• Passion for delivering world -class event experiences
• Must be well -versed in local language + Hindi & English
• Preferably owns a personal vehicle
