- Strong hands‑on experience in application operations, AMS, or enterprise IT environments

- Robust experience with SAP S/4HANA, especially in Application Management or Support-related processes.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Joule and Joule Studio (designing, building, and maintaining Joule Skills).

- Deep understanding of agentic frameworks, AI-driven workflow automation, or LLM based Assistants.

- Ability to translate functional support needs into scalable automated solutions.

- Solid knowledge of enterprise integrations (APIs, events, orchestration).

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA operations or support tooling (SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, Cloud ALM, SolMan, SAP testing tools), ServiceNow capabilities for support automation, workflows,



orchestration and other tools supporting automation

- Proven experience building automation beyond simple scripting, across workflows or systems.

- Solid understanding of IT service processes (incident, change, release, testing). Understanding of ITIL processes and Application Management methodologies.

- Exposure to AI‑driven automation, copilots, or agent‑based approaches.

- Experience with **test automation or release pipelines in enterprise landscapes.

- Awareness of security, access, and compliance considerations in automation.
