Role Overview:

We are seeking a Finance Executive to lead MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This position primarily focuses on finance (70%) with a minor emphasis on accounting support (30%), necessitating strong analytical skills and practical proficiency in Excel and reporting.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

Finance, MIS & Analysis (70%)

- Prepare and oversee MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management assessment
- Manage the processes for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Conduct variance analysis (Budget vs Actuals) and identify significant discrepancies
- Interpret financial data to produce actionable business insights
- Track costs, profitability, and critical financial metrics
- Develop and sustain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and financial models




- Assist leadership with data-driven decision-making support

Accounting & Support (30%)

- Provide support for basic accounting entries and ledger management
- Generate Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Ensure correctness and verification of financial information
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth reporting and documentation

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Solid understanding of MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Advanced skills in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.)
- Fundamental knowledge of accounting and reconciliations
- Exceptional attention to detail along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Qualification:

- MBA in Finance / PGDM (Finance) OR
- CA Inter (IPCC) or equivalent
