To support the organization's ESG strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements, fostering sustainable practices, and enhancing corporate responsibility through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and comprehensive reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute ESG strategies, policies, and initiatives across the organization.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on ESG data (emissions, diversity, governance metrics) using frameworks like GRI, CDP, Ecovadis, SAQ 5.0, Assent etc.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) and external stakeholders (investors, regulators, communities).
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate ESG -related risks and opportunities.
- Compliance & Frameworks: Ensure adherence to ESG regulations and maintain internal controls for reporting.
- Awareness & Training: Promote ESG awareness and provide training to employees.
