About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Engineering Manager to lead and mentor high -performing engineering teams while driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess solid technical expertise in Java -based technologies and Angular, combined with proven leadership experience in managing software engineering teams and delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities


- Lead, mentor, and manage multiple software engineering teams.

- Drive end -to -end software development lifecycle activities, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Provide technical leadership for enterprise -grade applications built using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and delivery plans.

- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and quality processes.

- Oversee project execution, resource allocation, risk management, and timely delivery of projects.

- Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and team -building initiatives.





- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.

- Resolve technical challenges and provide architectural guidance to development teams.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the engineering organization.
