We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Director of Product Management to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of a large-scale integrations and platform ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving product strategy across API, partner, and enterprise integrations while building a scalable, AI-enabled operating model that improves delivery speed, quality, and predictability. You will lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate with engineering, customer-facing teams, and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact platform solutions that enable business growth and ecosystem expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for integrations and platform capabilities.
- Drive the evolution from custom integration delivery models to scalable, productized, and reusable platform solutions.
- Own the end-to-end integration lifecycle, including prioritization, solution design, development, testing, certification, and rollout.
- Build and enhance AI-driven product delivery frameworks to improve productivity, efficiency, and execution quality.
- Establish governance processes, delivery metrics, and roadmap visibility to ensure predictable and transparent execution.
- Engage with customers, partners, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable product initiatives.
- Drive platform adoption and integration success through strong collaboration with engineering, implementation, sales, customer success, and operations teams.
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies,



and competitive developments to identify new opportunities and shape product direction.
- Lead executive-level product reviews and communicate strategic recommendations through data-driven insights.
- Develop, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation.
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure platform growth, delivery efficiency, and business impact.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- 12+ years of product management experience within SaaS, platform, API, or enterprise software environments.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring Product Management teams while driving strategic business outcomes.
- Strong expertise in platform products, integrations, APIs, webhooks, data models, and ecosystem development.
- Experience building scalable product strategies that balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
- Deep understanding of AI-driven product development, automation, and modern product operating models.
- Robust technical acumen with the ability to engage in architecture discussions and translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, operations, customer success, and external partners.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to prioritize investments and drive product outcomes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product delivery frameworks, and tools such as Jira.
- Experience working in highly collaborative, fast-paced environments where scale, innovation, and operational excellence are critical to success.
