This role focuses on guiding end-to-end solution delivery, supporting change management, acting as an escalation point for technical and functional issues, and ensuring alignment between business priorities and technical execution in a fast-paced data and analytics environment.nn## What youu2019ll donn * Provide functional leadership across agile delivery teams, ensuring alignment of technical delivery with business objectivesn * Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and onshore stakeholders to plan and execute delivery commitmentsn * Lead the design, development and implementation of Ab Initio-based ETL solutions integrated with GCP servicesn * Support resource planning across projects or portfolios, ensuring optimal utilisation and delivery continuityn * Act as an escalation point for functional and technical issues,
