- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

- Handle billing, packing, and post -purchase interactions efficiently.

- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

- Assist in stock handling, shelf arrangements, and product displays.

- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.





- Follow store SOPs and brand guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.




Requirements
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.


- Higher secondary / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.


- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales (freshers may apply).


- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.


- Customer -focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
