We are looking to hire a Consultant with 3–5 years of executive search/HR
experience to help shape and grow our board practice through market-building,
governance-focused thought leadership, board advisory support, and senior-level
board hiring.

Key Responsibilities:
● Įead BD initiatives, outreach, and pipeline building across corporates,
founders, and PE/VC-backed companies.
● Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and support strategic client
conversations.
● Develop white papers, governance insights, market briefs, and
board-related content for ĮinkedIn.
● Convert research into sharp, client-ready narratives.
 Conduct talent and industry mapping for board and senior leadership roles
across sectors and ownership structures to support board search, succession,
and advisory engagements.
 Build and leverage market intelligence on board talent, governance trends,




and competitive landscapes to inform client strategy, proposals, and thought
leadership.
 Explore, research, and help shape board-effectiveness and governance-related
ancillary practices.
 Contribute to the development of tools, templates, and
insights.

Requirements :
● 3–5 years in executive search or as an HR
● Growth-oriented mindset with solid senior stakeholder engagement.
● Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
● Interest in governance, boards, and senior leadership ecosystems.
