We are looking for a dedicated Community Mobiliser to support awareness and mobilization activities under the TB Mukt Janjyati Program. The candidate will play a key role in engaging tribal and rural communities, promoting tuberculosis (TB) awareness, and encouraging participation in screening and treatment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct community awareness sessions on TB prevention, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Mobilize tribal and rural communities to participate in TB screening and healthcare activities.
- Organize village meetings, health campaigns, and IEC (Information, Education & Communication)
activities.
- Coordinate with local leaders, Self -Help Groups (SHGs), community influencers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain records of outreach activities, community engagements, and beneficiaries reached.
- Support implementation of program activities in assigned field locations.
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation of field activities.
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in community mobilization, social development, public health, NGO, or field outreach activities.
- Solid communication skills in the local language.
- Ability to build rapport with community members and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Basic documentation and reporting skills.
