We are looking for a passionate and client -focused Client Experience Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience throughout their journey with ZoChord — from onboarding to post -implementation support.
Requirements
- Build and maintain strong, long -term relationships with clients.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and feedback.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and escalations.
- Coordinate and facilitate smooth client onboarding for Zoho products and services.
- Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross -selling Zoho products and services.
- Handle all client communication professionally via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Coordinate internally with sales, implementation, and support teams for client requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid interpersonal skills with a client -first mindset
- Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
