Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

ERP Reporting & Coordination

- Review daily and weekly ERP reports.
- Follow up with merchants and quality teams on pending actions.
- Maintain and share production and product development (PD) trackers.
- Escalate critical issues to management when required.

Process Improvement

- Review existing ERP reports and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
- Suggest and help implement process improvements, templates, and SOPs.
- Coordinate with the ERP team for system enhancements.

Tracker Management

- Monitor PD and production trackers for accuracy and timeliness.
- Identify delays and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure buyers receive updated trackers on schedule.

Vendor Performance Management

- Maintain vendor scorecards covering quality, delivery, compliance,



and responsiveness.
- Collect and analyze vendor performance data.
- Highlight performance issues and improvement areas.

Buyer Agreement Support

- Draft buyer agreements using company templates.
- Maintain records of active agreements, key terms, and renewal dates.
- Support agreement review and documentation processes.

Revenue & Business Analysis

- Track buyer-wise revenue against targets.
- Prepare periodic performance summaries and reports.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers for management review.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Work closely with merchants, quality teams, vendors, and management.
- Ensure timely communication and closure of operational tasks.
- Support smooth day-to-day business operations.
