Job summary:
A techno -commercial role responsible for establishing and nurturing global customer relationships. The Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to align customer requirements with technical and production capabilities, ensuring long -term business success and customer satisfaction. This role offers a comprehensive opportunity to lead end -to -end project execution.
Requirements
1. RFQ management
· Reviewing the drawings
· Getting quotes from the supplier end
· Work with ERP for the internal entries
2. Drive internal project execution aligned with customer expectations, maintaining consistent communication and updates.
3. Prepare accurate cost estimations for CNC -machined parts across various materials and production volumes.
4. Utilize the existing supplier base and identify new suppliers to support RFQ requirements and enhance competitiveness.
5. Ensure quick turnaround on self -generated estimates, supplier quotations, and customer submissions.
6.
Lead end -to -end project management for new sample development, coordination with cross -functional teams
7. Liaise with freight forwarders and customs to manage international shipments efficiently.
8. Respond proactively to customer requirements
