We are seeking a Backend Developer to design and deliver scalable backend services and APIs. In this role, you will focus on building high-performance, clean, and reliable backend architectures while working on data-intensive systems that support business growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI
- Design secure, scalable REST APIs
- Collaborate on backend architecture and technical roadmaps
- Apply best practices for refactoring, optimization, and scalability
- Develop and optimize bulk data processing pipelines
- Ensure code quality through reviews and adherence to standards
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability
- Stay updated on backend technologies and industry trends
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3â8 years of backend development experience
- Strong knowledge of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Solid understanding of backend architecture principles
- Robust analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
