Key Responsibilities


Accounting & Bookkeeping


 Maintain books of accounts in Tally and other accounting software.


 Record day -to -day financial transactions and prepare ledgers.


 Perform bank, debtor, creditor, and cash reconciliations.


 Performing TDS compliances and quarterly filings


GST Compliance


 Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR -1, GSTR -3B, Annual Returns, etc.).


 GST reconciliations with books and portal data.


Direct Tax Compliance


 Preparation of basic Income Tax returns for individuals and firms.


 Assist in tax computations and TDS compliance


 Preparation and filing of TDS returns and reconciliation of Form 26AS/TRACES data.


Client Coordination


 Follow up with clients for accounting records and compliance information.


 Coordinate with team members for timely completion of assignments.






Requirements

Required Skills


 Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.


 Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.


 Familiarity with Income Tax


 Valuable communication and drafting skills.




 Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.


Qualification


 B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)


 CA Inter (Pursuing) candidates may also apply.


Preferred Skills


 Experience in a CA firm.


 Knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally


 Proficiency in Excel functions such as XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data reconciliation.


Compensation


 Salary commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skill set.
