Job Title: Banking Sales Manager

Job Summary We are looking for a agile and target-driven Banking Sales Manager to lead a sales team and drive business growth by acquiring customers for banking products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Credit Cards, and other financial products. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales experience, and the ability to achieve monthly business targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Generate new business through field sales, referrals, and customer networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and banking partners.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely processing of loan applications.
- Coordinate with banks and internal teams for smooth loan disbursement.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
- EligibilityBachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or loan sales.
- Experience in handling a sales team is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
