Process: International Inbound Voice Process

Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice)

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (HSC) or Above
- Graduates & Undergraduates can apply
- Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome
- Excellent English Communication Skills are mandatory
- Comfortable working in Rotational Night Shifts

Salary Package

Fresher: ₹26500 CTC + ₹2500 PLI (monthly)

Experienced ( at least 6 months)- ₹27,000 CTC + ₹3,000 PLI (monthly)

Shift Details

Night Shift Process

- Shift Window: 4:00 PM to 11:00 AM
- Any 9-hour shift within the operational window
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs

Cab Facility

Available during odd hours (11:00 PM to 5:00 AM)

- Pick-up OR Drop facility provided

- Handle inbound customer interactions professionally
- Resolve customer concerns and queries effectively




- Deliver accurate information regarding products, services, and orders
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction
- Meet quality and productivity targets
- Follow process guidelines and company policies
