Roles span across Mortgage Servicing and Bankruptcy Operations supporting the end-to-end mortgage servicing lifecycle while ensuring compliance with investor, client, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Mortgage Servicing

- Customer & Account Servicing
- Account Maintenance and Demographic Updates
- Borrower Correspondence Management
- Complaint Resolution and Research Requests
- Mortgage Documentation Review
- Account Research and Analysis
- Payment Processing and Servicing Support
- Ensuring adherence to investor and regulatory guidelines

Bankruptcy Operations

- Bankruptcy Setup and Case Maintenance
- Review and Processing of Bankruptcy Notices and Legal Documents
- Monitoring Bankruptcy Timelines and Milestones
- Servicing System Updates and Account Maintenance
- Coordination with Attorneys, Trustees, Vendors, and Internal Stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with Bankruptcy Regulations, Investor,



and Client Requirements
- Maintaining accurate documentation and case records

Skills Required:

- Strong understanding of US Mortgage Servicing processes
- Experience in Bankruptcy Operations
- Knowledge of Mortgage Documentation and Account Maintenance
- Experience in Customer Correspondence Management
