This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive (GeM, Tender) role based in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform, maintaining client relationships, preparing and submitting tender responses, and negotiating contracts. They will actively participate in business development efforts, support clients with procurement strategies, and ensure compliance with tender requirements.

Qualifications

- Proficient in GeM portal operations, tender preparation, and bid submission.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, business development, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of government policies, procurement processes, and compliance regulations is an advantage.
- Experience in handling contracts, tender document preparation, and bid evaluation.




- Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms specific to procurement and sales processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related fields. A background in procurement or sales is preferred.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years of sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills welcome)
- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
- Strong persuasion, follow-up, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Suite.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Must be based in or willing to commute within Delhi NCR
