Role Summary Plant Operator learns to operate extraction and associated process equipment in the spice extract plant ensuring safe efficient and quality compliant production under the guidance of senior operators and shift in charge Key Responsibilities Assist in operating solvent extraction distillation concentration blending and drying equipment as per SOPs and work instructions Monitor basic process parameters temperature pressure flow level vacuum solvent levels and immediately report abnormalities to the Plant Operator Shift In charge Support in start up shutdown line changeover and cleaning of process equipment and pipelines Collect in process samples and hand over to QC as per sampling plan follow instructions based on QC results Record production data batch sheets log books log sheet readings material movement downtime accurately Assist in unloading raw materials spices solvents utilities chemicals and charging them to designated equipment as per batch plan Follow all safety procedures related to solvents steam high temperature operations confined spaces and rotating equipment use PPE consistently Maintain good housekeeping 5S in process area platforms and surrounding utilities Coordinate with maintenance team for basic preventive maintenance and reporting equipment issues Follow GMP food safety FSSAI export customer requirements and company policies during handling processing and storage Qualification and Skills Education ITI Diploma in Mechanical Chemical Electrical or Plus Two Science Technical with interest in plant operations Experience Fresher or 0-1 year in a chemical food pharma spice extraction plant trainee level Basic understanding of pumps valves heat exchangers agitators and utility systems boiler cooling tower air compressor Willingness to work in shifts and in solvent chemical processing workplace Good observation discipline in documentation and ability to follow instructions and SOPs Reporting and Department Department Production - Extraction Plant Reports to In charge Production Executive Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
