Job Summary The Head - Brand Marketing will be responsible for driving the overall brand strategy and execution through a 360-degree integrated marketing approach The role will focus on strengthening brand positioning enhancing customer engagement and accelerating business growth across offline and digital channels through effective communication campaigns and stakeholder collaboration Key Responsibilities 1 Managing the Brand with a 360 degree approach for Integrated Marketing panning across verticals and mandates for brand growth and overall performance 2 Managing and Executing Brand Communication across Media and Platforms - ATL BTL Digital PR 3 Work in close co-ordination with Advertising Media Social Performance PR Agencies for all creative editorial content development and execution until the last mile 4 Monitor Competition across channels - Advertising PR Digital Trade 5 Closely work with the Sales Team on various Trade Marketing and Retail Promotions to boost the Offline Channels wrt Customer Reach Awareness Impact and Sales 6 Engage and Interact with the Product Development team on New Seasonal and Product Launches to Plan the Go-To Market Calendar Must Have Skills 1 MBA in Marketing with valuable communication skills preferably with 3-4 years of Work Experience in Brand Management and or Product Marketing 2 Candidates with experience in the Fashion Industry preferred but open to the right Candidature from other verticals too 3 Ability to multi-task and work across Marketing Mandates with good cross functional skills 4 Good Communication Skills 5 Eye for Detail and Attentive with a close focus on Market Developments and Trends within the category 6 Knowledge of Digital Platforms Performance Marketing Social Media CRM will be beneficial and a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 700 000 00 - 800 000 00 per year Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Education Master s Required Experience Social media marketing 5 years Required brand managemt 5 years Required Location Goregaon East Mumbai Maharashtra Required Work Location In person
