Job Title Email Marketing Executive Experience 2-3 Years Location Jaipur Department Email Marketing Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing qualified with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in planning executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns The ideal candidate will be data-driven detail-oriented and capable of driving engagement conversions and retention through effective email communication Key Responsibilities Plan execute and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns including newsletters promotional emails drip campaigns and transactional emails Develop compelling email copy subject lines and CTAs aligned with brand tone and campaign objectives Design and optimize email templates for responsiveness across devices and email clients Segment email lists and personalize content to improve open rates CTRs and conversions Manage marketing automation workflows welcome journeys lead nurturing re-engagement etc Conduct A B testing on subject lines content layouts and send times Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as open rate click-through rate bounce rate and conversions Maintain list hygiene manage unsubscribes and ensure compliance with email regulations CAN-SPAM GDPR etc Coordinate with content design and performance marketing teams for integrated campaigns Stay updated with email marketing best practices tools and industry trends Required Skills Qualifications 2-3 years of proven experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp HubSpot Salesforce Marketing Cloud Zoho Campaigns or similar platforms Strong copywriting and editing skills Solid understanding of email deliverability segmentation and automation Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data and insights Basic knowledge of HTML CSS for email templates is preferred Ability to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail and deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Jaipur Rajasthan Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Email marketing 2 years Required MailChimp 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
