Position Coordinator - for Psychological Services Prafulta Location Don Bosco Academy Seawoods Nerul Employment Type Full-time Salary Negotiable Prafulta is a holistic psychological wellness and support centre offering services for children adolescents adults couples and families The centre provides special education and remedial support psychological assessments speech and occupational therapy counselling and vocational guidance for students In addition Prafulta extends its services to adult and family wellness including counselling for addiction and behavioural concerns work stress marriage and relationship issues separation and divorce anxiety parental guidance and support for women in distress The centre also conducts individual and group counselling sessions workshops trainings online programmes and certificate courses Prafulta works in collaboration with psychologists counsellors psychiatrists therapists educators schools and families to deliver ethical inclusive and comprehensive psychological care Role Summary The coordinator - Psychological Services will manage and coordinate Prafulta s multi-disciplinary psychological and wellness services for children adolescents adults couples and families This includes coordination of special education and remedial services counselling for those facing addiction behavioural concerns work stress marriage and relationship issues separation and divorce anxiety parental guidance and support for women in distress The role also involves coordinating individual and group sessions workshops trainings and online certificate programmes while liaising with parents families schools and mental health professionals to ensure smooth service delivery Additionally this role also requires contributing to the financial stability of the organisation and supporting expansion and outreach services beyond the Nerul centre Key Responsibilities 1 Student Case Coordination o Coordinate student referrals assessments and case management o Support implementation and review of Individualized Education Plans IEPs 2 Therapy Session Management o Schedule and coordinate individual couple family and group counselling sessions o Liaise with special educators psychologists speech and occupational therapists 3 Parent Family School Liaison o Act as a point of contact for parents families adult clients and schools o Share assessment outcomes therapy plans and progress updates 4 Workshops Programs o Coordinate workshops for clients parents teachers and students o Support group therapy and school-based programs 5 Vocational Guidance Counselling o Coordinate career guidance testing and counselling sessions o Assist clients students and parents in understanding assessment reports 6 Documentation Administration o Maintain records reports schedules and referrals o Ensure accurate documentation and smooth day-to-day operations Eligibility Skills Educational Qualification Master s degree in Psychology Education Special Education Social Work or related field preferred Experience more than 10 years Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in counselling centres therapy coordination wellness services educational or mental health settings Key Skills Strong coordination and organizational skills Good communication skills Empathy patience and sensitivity while working with individual children and families Ability to manage multiple cases and schedules efficiently Documentation and reporting skills Preferred Candidate Profile Experience working with children with learning disabilities autism ADHD cerebral palsy or emotional behavioural challenges Familiarity with IEPs assessments and therapy-based interventions Experience or exposure to adult counselling family systems and wellness programmes Comfortable coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams How to Apply Send your resume and cover letter to hrdonbosco2006 gmail com with the subject Application for Coordinator - for Psychological Services Prafulta Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
